Soap Production Line Workflow

  • Raw Material Mixing: Soap granules/sheets are evenly blended with fragrance and coloring in a mixer.
  • Three-Roller Grinding: Three rollers grind to 3–18μm, resulting in a finer soap texture and better fragrance retention.
  • Vacuum Extrusion: Twin-screw vacuum extrusion, compaction, and degassing create dense, smooth soap bars.
  • Automatic Fixed-Length Cutting: Soap bars are continuously cut to fixed lengths, ensuring consistent weight and dimensions for subsequent embossing.
  • LOGO Embossing Printing: A printer quickly changes molds to emboss logos/patterns, achieving high-precision molding.
  • Single/Multiple Bar Packaging: Wrapping or pillow-type packaging completes the wrapping process, which can be linked to heat shrink tunnels.
  • Inkjet Coding Traceability: Inkjet printers print batch numbers, dates, or QR codes for easy traceability and management.
  • Boxing, Packing, and Sealing: After boxing, automatic packing, palletizing, and sealing ensures finished products are directly stored and shipped.
  • Drying and Curing (Optional): A soap dryer improves storage stability and adapts to high-temperature and high-humidity environments.
