Production Process Overview

Mold Preparation
Evenly brush the mold with oil to ensure smooth molding.
Material Mixing
Mix gypsum powder with water (1:1) in proportion, and add proper amount of paper pulp and dye.
Automatic Filling
The slurry is automatically injected into the mold hole.
Leveling & Shaping
Scrape the excess slurry with a scraper, so that the chalk has a uniform shape.
Demolding
It takes 2-5 minutes to demould quickly, and 800 pieces of chalk are pushed out at one time.
Drying & Packaging
It can be packaged and shipped after natural air drying or hot air drying.
The whole process is coherent and smooth, and it takes only a few minutes from stirring to demoulding, thus truly realizing efficient assembly line operation.
