Direct Cooling Type Ice Block Machine Working Principle

Direct Heat Exchange

Icing Stage
An automatic water supply valve maintains a constant water level, allowing water to gradually freeze on the plate surface, with an adjustable thickness of 15–25 mm.
Hot Refrigerant De-icing
Upon PLC timing, a four-way valve switches, allowing high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant to enter the evaporator plate, melting the layer of ice bonded to the plate surface.
Automatic Ice Discharge
The hydraulic lifting platform descends or the pushing mechanism activates, automatically dropping the entire block of ice onto the conveyor rollers for transport to an ice crusher or ice storage.
Recycling
