Gondor Vacuum Degasser Machine Operation Process

1. Power On

Connect the machine to the power supply and make sure all electrical components are in normal condition before operation.

2. Open the Main Valve

Open the main valve to prepare the system for vacuum operation and ensure the pipeline is ready for material flow.

3. Start the Vacuum Pump

Turn on the vacuum pump to create the required vacuum environment inside the tank for the degassing process.

4. Open the Feed and Discharge Valves

Adjust the feed and discharge valves according to the production needs, allowing the liquid material to enter and flow through the system smoothly.

5. Start Degassing

6. Finish and Shut Down
