- Cutting Stage: A rotating cutter (double-blade design) cuts the dough sheets into small squares. The cutter speed is synchronized with the roller speed.
- Sphericalization Stage: The cut dough pieces fall into the lower grooved rollers and are rolled into spheres by rotational friction.
- Sieving Stage: The formed spheres are discharged through a sieve plate. Debris and defective products fall into a waste collection bin for recycling.
