Cashew Shelling Machine

The line-integrated cashew shelling machine is equipped with a Multi-Stage Pressure Adaptive System and Flexible Extrusion Technology. It can intelligently adjust the shell-opening force according to cashew size, minimizing kernel damage with a whole kernel rate of 90%-95%, fully matching the continuous operation requirements of the production line.

Shell & Kernel Separator

The shell-kernel separator adopts technology combining specific gravity and vibratory screening, paired with a precision air separation system. It enables efficient separation of shells and kernels, features an extremely low kernel residue rate, and effectively reduces waste.
