Automatic Jaggery Making Machine Operating Principle
Brown sugar is crushed → sieved → constant temperature and humidity adjustment,
moisture content ≤8%.
A servo screw feeds the sugar into the mold cavity according to the set weight.
A four-column press applies downward pressure of 5–25 MPa and holds the pressure for 1–2 seconds,
causing the hydrogen bonds between sugar powder particles to rearrange,
forming a dense block.
Ejector pins and vacuum suction cups eject the cube without dropping residue or cracking.
