Dry pasta macaroni production line is high-volume industrial equipment specifically designed for factory-scale production. It is equipped with a water-cooled circulation system alongside a variety of mold options. In the production process, durum wheat flour, potato starch, and other raw materials are used, with water and flour being automatically mixed through a noodle mixer to create the necessary dough. Following this, the dough enters the macaroni machine via a screw conveyor, where it is extruded into various shapes under high temperature and pressure. Subsequently, a bevel cutter slices the extruded macaroni into smaller pieces, which are then transferred on a conveyor belt to a tunnel oven. Here, they are dried to reduce moisture content and extend shelf life. Finally, the product is air-cooled on a cooling conveyor belt, thus preparing it for the packaging stage.
