Recently, Gondor has received an exciting new: our independently developed desktop candy pouring machine has successfully obtained a patent!

Operational Principle

This pouring machine embodies the wisdom and hard work of the company’s R&D team. Its working principle involves pouring the brewed syrup into the sugar storage tank, which then discharges through the pouring nozzle and drops into the mold on the conveyor belt to form the desired pattern. The molded candies are then transported via the conveyor belt.

Patent Technology

The desktop candy pouring machine features three servo motors, ensuring more precise pouring and stable transmission. The suction function inside the machine adsorbs any remaining raw materials on the pouring nozzle, keeping the entire conveyor belt clean and hygienic.

Additionally, our machine can adjust the height of the conveyor belt to accommodate more molds and meet different production needs. Adopting a signal control system, the pouring amount and pouring speed are easy to adjust and control. Accurate pouring control ensures that every candy has perfect shape and quality. Furthermore, the use of 304 stainless steel and high-quality branded components provides customers with peace of mind.
