• For this reception, the Bolivian customer entrusted a third-party inspection company to visit our factory for a tour and to conduct a test run of the hard candy making machine. On May 15, 2023, they flew from Shanghai to Zhengzhou Airport, where our project manager picked them up, arranged for their accommodation and rest, and then escorted them to visit our office in Zhengzhou City and our factory in Luohe City.
• The visit and reception took approximately three days to complete. It took about three days for the visit and reception. At our Zhengzhou office, the inspection team gained a clear understanding of our company’s scale and professionalism. During their visit to our Luohe factory, they were introduced to our diverse range of food processing machinery and toured the production workshop, where they observed our assembly lines and quality control procedures. This comprehensive visit gave them valuable insight into our manufacturing capabilities and our dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
• In the end, we successfully passed the comprehensive inspection and testing conducted by the third-party inspection company entrusted by the Bolivian customer. • Just one week after the inspection team returned to Bolivia, we successfully signed an agreement with our Bolivian customer. Upon receiving the deposit, we immediately began the production of the Alpenliebe hard candy production line in our factory. In our workshop, we adhere to strict standards when selecting raw materials, utilize advanced processing equipment, and conduct thorough testing at every stage to ensure the highest accuracy and quality of our candy-making machines.
• Our factory completed the production of the hard candy production line within 25 days. We then informed our customers in Bolivia, inviting them to inspect the finished production line to ensure the quality of our hard candy making machine. Additionally, before any equipment, including the Alpine hard candy production line, leaves our factory, it undergoes a test run to guarantee the smooth operation upon arrival at the customer’s site. While our customers have the option to inspect the production line in person, due to the trust established over previous collaborations, they chose to review the inspection via video. After their approval, we carefully packed the production line and arranged the shipment as per the terms of our agreement.
• Regarding delivery, we offer multiple shipping options for our customers, allowing them to choose the most suitable one based on their preferred delivery date and shipment cost. For our Bolivian client, they opted for sea freight to transport the production line. To ensure safe transit, we wrapped the hard candy production line in a waterproof membrane to protect it from dust and then secured it in a wooden crate to minimize impact during shipping. Upon arrival in Bolivia on time, we provided online guidance to assist with installation, ensuring smooth operation. Everything is now running well on the client’s side.
